2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
2.1 Technical Issues
- The plugin fails to install or activate properly
- Critical functionality doesn't work as advertised
- The plugin causes data loss or significant disruption to your work
- Compatibility issues that prevent normal use
2.2 Purchase Errors
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Wrong license type purchased
- Unauthorized purchases
2.3 Satisfaction Guarantee
If Property Master doesn't meet your expectations within the first 14 days of purchase, you may request a refund. We encourage you to contact our support team first to see if we can address your concerns.
3. Refund Timeframes
- Standard Refund Window: 14 days from the date of purchase
- Technical Issues: 30 days from purchase (if issue cannot be resolved)
- Purchase Errors: 7 days from purchase
- Unauthorized Purchases: 30 days from purchase (with proof)
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:

- Provide Information: Include your order number, email address used for purchase, and detailed explanation of the issue
- Troubleshooting: We may work with you to resolve technical issues before processing a refund
- Review: We'll review your request within 2 business days
- Processing: Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days through LemonSqueezy
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the refund window has expired
- Failure to use the plugin due to lack of time or interest
- Compatibility issues with unsupported Figma versions
- Issues caused by third-party software or hardware
- Violation of our Terms and Conditions
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase (except in exceptional circumstances)
6. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds:
- When switching from a higher-tier to lower-tier license
- For pro-rated refunds on annual subscriptions (if applicable)
- At our discretion for unique circumstances
7. License Deactivation
Upon approval of a refund:
- Your license will be immediately deactivated
- You must cease all use of Property Master
- Access to future updates and support will be terminated
- You may be required to uninstall the plugin
8. Payment Method
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 3-7 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

- Request escalation to senior management
- Contact LemonSqueezy for payment-related disputes

We may consider refunds outside of this policy in exceptional circumstances such as:
